Overview: Keyes2Health offers dedicated professional time for telehealth visits, lab/test reviews, and personalized clinical consultations. Our refund and cancellation terms govern virtual appointments and patient services.

Appointment Cancellations: Telehealth appointments canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or penalty-free rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time or missed visits ('no-shows') may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the consultation deposit.

Rendered Services: Completed medical visits, professional clinical consultations, lab analyses, and customized treatment evaluations represent rendered medical services and are non-refundable.

Technical Interruptions: If a technical issue originating from our system prevents the successful completion of a telehealth visit, we will reschedule the consultation at no additional charge or issue a full refund for that specific visit.
