Licensure & Geographic Availability: Patients participating in telehealth visits must be physically located in the State of Indiana where Dr. Corpia C. Keyes is licensed to practice medicine at the time of the appointment.

Patient Responsibilities: Patients are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and medical history details, ensuring a private and secure environment during virtual calls, and adhering to prescribed treatment plans.
